- Hey G-Star! Thursday, Rita’s Italian Ice is back! Prom will be selling Rita’s after school between J&H. Bring you $2,$3, or $4 for some ice cold goodness. See you there.

- Yearbooks are on sale now! Preorder your $50 yearbooks today at the lowest price yet. Prices go up after winter break so hurry and order today! Memories fade, but yearbooks are forever.

- Want to get featured in the yearbook? Well upload your best G-Star pictures on Instagram and hashtag GStar Artifact. If you have any questions see Mr. Weiss or Luana Pacheco.

- Want some inspiration in your life? First Priority will meet Thursdays after school in J213. Come to hear an inspiring message and make new friends!  See Ms. Paro, Julissa Perez, or Daniela Pereira for more info.

- Have you seen the blue plastic bins around the school? Please, Please help G-Star become a greener school by recycling. Blue bins are for plastic recycling. Paper bins are available in Ms. Rasha’s room (J203). The paper bins are cardboard boxes. Take pride in recycling!!

 - Need Community service hours? Need extracurricular activities for college? Join ECO Club. We meet in the garden near K building after school on Mondays. We also meet during lunch every Thursday on Odd days in room J203. Everybody is welcomed. For any questions ask Kimberly Castaneda, Dayana Gonzalez or Ms. Rasha.

- If you’re still interested in joining the G-Star news Crew, meetings are every Wednesday afterschool in K108 (Mr. Tonnesson). For more info, contact Alejandro Jaramillo or Olympia Fulcher.

- Hey G-Star!! Prom will be having a meeting next Tuesday, November 12th during the first part of lunch. This meeting is mandatory!!

- Lights. Camera, action – G-Star’s Student Government is hosting the first annual Homecoming on November 23rs. Yes, you heard it right – Homecoming!!! Tickets are on sale during lunch. Ticket prices increase next week so buy your tickets now! This is a dance you definitely do not want to miss!

- Attention comic clubbers! There will be a mandatory meeting concerning the Islands of Adventure trip in J108. Anyone who attends the comic club meetings is eligible to go! We meet every Friday during the first half of lunch in room J108.

- Junior/Senior Meetings will be on Wednesday, November 13^th. Seniors your block 3 teachers will bring you to the Sound Stage once the announcement has been made around 9:20. Juniors your block 3 teachers will bring you to the Sound Stage once the announcement is made around 10:30. Any questions please see Mrs. Newell.

- Attention Artists: Want to have your work featured in the yearbook? Bring your original art, or photos of it, to room J219. Paintings, drawings, sculptures or photography are acceptable. No work on lined paper or light pencil drawings will be considered. See Trevor Johnson or Mr. Weiss with questions.

- Are you interested in animating? Then join the G-Star 3D Animation Club, this club will involve working with basic animation, modeling, etc. You must bring a flashdrive if you want to save your work. Anyone interested, meet in K109 (Ms. Champagne) after school from 2:40 to 3:30pm every Tuesday. If you further questions contact Jordan Pearl or Shane Hartley.
