- Hey G-Star! Thursday, Rita’s Italian Ice is back! Prom will be selling Rita’s
after school between J&H. Bring you $2,$3, or $4 for some ice cold
goodness. See you there.

Are you interested in animating? Then join the G-Star 3d animation club, this
club will involve working with basic animation, modeling, etc. You must bring a
flash drive if you want to save your work. Anyone interested, please meet in
K109 (Ms. Champagne) after school from 2:40-3:30 every Tuesday. If you have any
further questions contact Jordan Pearl or Shane Hartley.

Yearbooks are on sale now! Preorder your $50 yearbooks today at the lowest
price yet. Prices go up after winter break so hurry and order today! Memories
fade, but yearbooks are forever.

Want to get featured in the yearbook? Well upload your best G-Star pictures on
Instagram and hashtag GStar Artifact. If you have any questions see Mr. Weiss
or Luana Pacheco.

Prestige Portraits will be on campus November 7 & 8 for senior portraits.
There is a $20 sitting fee that will be collected by the photographer. You also
will be eligible for a casual pose at Prestige Studios. Please sign up outside
Mr. Wiess’ room, J219, as soon as possible.
Don’t miss out on being in the yearbook. Have your senior pictures taken
now!! There is a November 2nd deadline.

Want some inspiration in your life? First Priority will meet Thursday after
school in J213. Come to hear an inspiring message and make new friends! See Ms. Paro, Julissa Perez, or Daniela

Would you like to be a part of creating the 2013-2014 G-Shorts Poster? If so,
there will be a meeting Thursday, November 7th during lunch for you
to present your portfolio to the NAHS. It will be held in Mr. Dawson’s room in
K-107. Please arrive by 9:35AM – this is an LTM day.

There will be a ECO club meeting this Thursday in room J203 for the first half
of lunch. Everyone is welcome to come and join.
- Hey Comic Clubbers! The next meeting will be
on Monday and Friday of this week. Anyone is welcome. If anyone is interested
in going with the club to Islands of Adventure see Brittany Mendiondo, Pedro
Lopez, or Savannah Duron for more information or come to the next meeting.

Have you seen the blue plastic bins around the school? Please, Please help
G-Star become a greener school by recycling. Blue bins are for plastic
recycling. Paper bins are available in Ms. Rasha’s room (J203). The paper bins
are cardboard boxes. Take pride in recycling!!

SENIORS!! Only half or you have submitted your senior portraits. The November 2nd
deadline is quickly approaching. If you would like to be featured in the
yearbook, we suggest you meet this deadline.
Sign-up sheets are outside Mr. Weiss’s room (J219). Remember, you are
only seniors once, so let’s capture the moment!

Need Community service hours? Need extracurricular activities for college? Join
ECO Club. We meet in the garden near K building after school on Mondays. We
also meet during lunch every Thursday on Odd days in room J203. Everybody is
welcomed. For any questions ask Kimberly Castaneda, Dayana Gonzalez or Ms.
Rasha. This week the club will also meet on Monday during the first half of
lunch.

If you’re still interested in joining the G-Star news Crew, meetings are every
Wednesday afterschool in K108 (Mr. Tonnesson). For more info, contact Alejandro
Jaramillo or Olympia Fulcher. Stay classy G-Star!
- Music
Club has been invited to perform. Any new members are welcome. If you want to
perform please contact Ms. Rasha in room J203 and Angelina Alexandre. The next
meeting is Tuesday November 5th.
- Juniors
and seniors, Palm Beach Atlantic will be here November 6th for a
presentation. Please see Ms. Sammarco by November 5th to register.
- Parents
and guardians of juniors and seniors, Lynn University will be here Wednesday
night November 13th at 6:00PM for a presentation on college financial
aid. The college information night will be held in the
sound stage on the G-Star campus. We encourage you to attend this free
event.
